Hello! My name is Jasmine, aka the Mimosa Queen! I am a licensed cosmetologist based out of central Florida. Creating is something I love to do, whether my canvas is someone's head, or decorating for an event, or even an actual canvas. 2 things I have an extreme passion for is creating, and Champagne. Brunch is my favorite time of the day. If I'm not working, or at the beach, I'm probably brunching. I love mimosas, so I branded them. 
Going on my 6th year of running my own salon suite, Jasology, I have been blessed to meet so many people and I have learned so much especially about business. Although I love what I do in the beauty industry, I've always been one who craves growth, and I knew the salon was not the end of my career story. I always thought about what would be next. But I knew it had to be something I loved just as much as cosmetology, if not more. 
Brunching on the weekends became a lifestyle. A lifestyle I thrived in. Food and bottomless mimosas. My love language. Working in a salon, my typical weekend is a Sunday- Monday. My best friend at the time was a pastry chef, her schedule too was Sunday- Monday. Sundays we were sometimes too exhausted from the week so Mondays became our brunch day. Mimosa Monday! 
On July 9th, 2018, a typical Mimosa Monday for us, we were drinking mimosas and people watching downtown Orlando at a lake side restaurant. Bubbly, beautiful views, and authentic Orlando entertainment..the people.[haha] This made my mind race... how can I do this everyday? How can I make a living off...brunching? Within an hour I had created an instagram blog, The Mimosa Club.
From there the ideas just kept pouring out. I was coming up with funniest quotes 7 mimosas deep that I wanted to put on t-shirts, this led to The Mimosa Club store. There are now multiple categories of merchandise including apparel, office & home decor, accessories, etc.!
But I wanted more. I wanted my own brunch venue.
I started doing research day and night, googling, watching videos, hours and hours of phone calls and meetings. I quickly realized opening my dream bar was not going to be easy, so I needed a stepping stone. Bubbly Bar Catering is the event section of the company, catering Champagne & Mimosa bars for events such as birthdays, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, company parties, etc.! I have obtained a large storage unit of equipment, and then some! The most popular pieces being the 7 foot tall marble Champagne cart & matching wall! Events have been a lot of fun and learning experiences for the venue to come!
The company is split into 3 tiers, shopping, catering, and venue, with the venue still being the biggest and main goal! Although some things have gotten in the way, like the pandemic, and you know, life, I continue to push everyday to make this dream happen.
I am currently running both of my companies daily, Jasology & The Mimosa Club. I absolutely love what I do and even though some days get overwhelming and my schedule is chaotic, I know it will all pay off soon! One of my favorite quotes told to me as a kid that just stuck, "do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life." I am so eager to continue growing and sharing and meeting amazing people along the way. I am grateful for the opportunities I have been blessed with and can't wait to see how far The Mimosa Club can go!
